Vellum, in plain facts
What Vellum is
Vellum makes fact-checked, 90-second true cases about power, money, and deception.
Each case focuses on one decision and ends with one named model: a pattern short enough to remember and clear enough to retell.
Vellum calls this applied power literacy: learning how power, money, and deception actually work through real cases.
What Vellum is not
Vellum is not trivia. The goal is a model you can use and retell, not a fact to recall on a quiz.
Vellum is not a history tour. It does not survey eras or walk through timelines. Each case isolates one decision and the pattern behind it.
Disclosure: Vellum's makers publish this page. When we compare Vellum with other apps, we say that we make Vellum.
How fact-checking works
Every case is checked against primary sources before a single frame renders.
When a claim is contested, Vellum flags it on screen instead of presenting it as settled.
